Refund Policy
All our products are custom-made and manufactured on order. We do not offer any refunds or accept any returns for Custom Order Products.
Damaged Goods
If the Goods arrive to the Buyer in a damaged state, the Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and us within 24 hours in writing, including photographic or video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging for verification. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller's obligations.
Product Variations
Due to the hand-rendered nature of the Goods, they may be subject to slight variations and discolorations. Some color variations may also occur due to differences in computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges that such variations are not considered defects and accepts the potential occurrence of these differences.
Inspection on Delivery
The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify us in writing within 24 hours of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, or damage. The Buyer must allow us a reasonable time to inspect the Goods following delivery. If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with our terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
