We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 5-6 business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM IST). Delivery times may vary based on your location and order size.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be occasional dispatch delays. We appreciate your patience as we strive to deliver quality products to you.

3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
JD Neons does not accept returns for customized products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will replace it.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Customers must pre-pay return shipping costs. Once received, we will process the warranty claim within 7 days. Based on the claim, a replacement or repair will be provided.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping
Transit time for domestic orders is 6-8 business days.
4.2 International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 8-22 business days, depending on the courier selected at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-6 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Delivery addresses can be changed before the order is dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only; courier services are unavailable for these addresses.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS but do not offer courier services.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item while dispatching the rest of the order.
4.8 Delivery Delays
If delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us for an investigation.
5. Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch.
6. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it and inform our customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact us immediately.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customers may need to pay import duties & taxes at checkout or upon arrival. We recommend pre-paying these charges to avoid customs delays.
If you refuse to pay import duties/taxes, the item will be returned at your expense, and we will refund the item value minus return shipping costs.
8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once placed.

All parcels are insured for loss and damage.

We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.

We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the package is lost.
